Well it is finally done.  I was so happy to check PACER this morning and print off my discharge papers.  Sadly it was only 2 pages lol.  Kind of expected more.  Anyways off the the credit bureaus to get my reports straight.

Hahaha...Don't fret.  You will check PACER and it will go from discharged to closed.

Once closed, the final decree is issued and pretty much means your case cannot be reopened.  Usually happens a week after discharge.

Our attorney told us that the discharge is the home run and when you get the decree then you've got the win.

So should I wait for the decree before calling the credit bureaus, and applying at capital one?  Only one account is not reporting correctly so I was gonna apply today or tomorrow after I got that one fixed.

If your case was a no asset case, the discharge is all you need. If you had assets, and have not fully been distributed, I would wait.
