Its probably a bucket card and it will stay put. It appears you've been out of BK long enough. Give Miss Disco a try.

As always, thank you for your input.

Sadly Disco is still mad at me for burning them for $43 in the BK. Tried to app them 30 days ago, they said no and no recon allowed.

Oops. Sorry bout that. Well keep smashing the CLI button with Cap. Something has to give. They like heavy usage and PIF.

Meijer is now financed by CITIBANK.   I wouldn't mind having a grocery/dept store card again.  I really did well rewards wise with WALMART cards.

CITI is the 'ONE' big bank that i didn't burn in BK.  How chitty is CITI when it comes to BK?

Re: Bankruptcy Friendly Credit Cards Pt.2

Approved for Military Star Card at $4,450 a few days ago. Veterans can apply. My highest limit by far since DC. Pulled EX for me. I doubt I'll use it for much since I'm not near an Exchange, but it's great for helping my utilization. Capital One and Disco won't touch me with a 10 foot pole. Details below.

CH-7 DC'd 2/2020

EX Fico 8 - 624

TU Fico 8 - 618

EQ Fico 8 - 620

Cards since DC - Merrick $1,000, Credit One $700

Car loan through Ally last month. (car was totalled, so I had to replace it)

Capital One, Quicksilver One card, the sub prime version, $39 annual fee unsecured. $1000 limit, 26.99% approved about 3 hours from when the clerk entered my DC documents to Pacer. Last day to object was last Friday the 19th today is Monday the 22nd for what it's worth. Was not instant approve though. Didn't burn them either.

Re: Bankruptcy Friendly Credit Cards Pt.2

Could someone reccommend me a third card? I'm three months post discharge and I currently have two cards.

Capital One Platinum - 2k

Mission Lane Visa - 1k

I know that I need one more and I have tried to get back in w/ USAA (I had a 0 balance card with them that eas cancelled after filing but I did not burn them) but was declined. I burned Navy Federal so not even going to bother with them. The Discover prequal declines me because of a prior account (also had 0 balance card with them that closed after filing.) I've heard bad things about Credit One so haven't applied with them yet. I've been using my current two cards for Netflix, YouTube, etc and just paying off before due date. Very small usage.

Experian - 662

Transunion - 680

Equifax - 683
