Back in Nov 2016, I filled for Ch 13 bk, and decided last minute that I did not want to go through with it. I was falsly advised by the company I filled with that all I had to do was not show up to the court mtg with the creditors and the bankruptcy would cancel and not show on my report. My dumb a** believed them and didnt show. Now, I have a dismissed BK on my report. Am I able to dispute it to have it removed? It's the only thing on my report now thats holding me back. PLS HELP
