Bankruptcy and Credit Report Items

Do charge off items, included in my bankruptcy fall off my report from the date of the last payment of the credit item, or from the date of bankruptcy?  For example. I have multiple items closed/charged off in 2004.  My bankruptcy was discharged in 2011.  Will they fall off in 2014 or did they get reset and they won't fall off until 2021?  Thank You!!

Accounts should fall off 7 to 7 1/2 yrs. from date of first delinquency (DOFD). If the accounts were charged/off and closed in 2004, they should have been gone in 2011. You can dispute them as obsolete. How are they showing on your credit reports?

Only your BK public record stays for 10 years. Any accounts included in BK, still fall off by their original DOFD.

Thanks for helping me - they are showing as included in bankrupcy  - closed in 2004 ....I thought they should be deleted, I am so annoyed at how many items are wrong on my reports, i have been disputing for a year....

Dispute as "OBSOLOTE, please delete, DOFD x/2004". That should take care of it.
