I want to know if i can go back to them.
Burned:
NFCU
Discover
Capital One
Apple Card
PayPal
Zip I think it was called
several Synchrony cards
Upgrade Card.... I cant remember them all, theyre in my signature I think
What are my best rebuilding options, I loved Navy Fed while I had them unfortunately job loss occured and income went down, no way to recover, treaded water for many months and sank, I reached for that life raft and its got sharp pointy edges, but I know i'm back afloat even though it hurts. I feel lost at sea though now that I'm post discharge.
I used to have a DCU secured card, had Self Loan, I did a ton of rebuilding a few years ago but it all came crashing down.
Surprisingly my Credit Scores are
Eq 592 TU 621 Ex 622

Burned:
NFCU - need to pay them back in full before they'll consider
Discover - probably needs to fall off credit report before they'll consider
Capital One - are probably good, try the pre-approval, some can get really soon after bk, some are told no
Apple Card - probably not
PayPal - might take awhile, but maybe
Zip I think it was called
several Synchrony cards - might take awhile, but maybe
Upgrade Card.... I cant remember them all, theyre in my signature I think - no clue
2/6, 6/12, 10/24

Best option would be perhaps get a Discover secured card, a Cap 1 Secured and work something out with getting Navy squared away if you really want credit cards with them again. Synchrony has also been known to be forgiving but there's no guarantee they will be.
Burned:
Discover - DW is still locked out - $3k burn in 2013
Capital One - No soup for me, $4k burn in 2013
Synchrony cards - I got back in even with two big CA's on report and low 600 scores but that was 5 years ago.
I think most CU's are pretty hard line.

I burned Disco in a 13, they let me in 9 months after discharge (with a $13K CL) while their loss was still showing on my CR, I will say I had been rebuilding and this was not my first unsecured card after discharge
Forget ever using NFCU again unless you make them whole. Others will vary with time, but not CU's
Don't feel bad brother. I was on top of the world with credit. Then I got the bright idea to start a business. A machine shop. The first 4 years were rough. Almost caused a divorce. My credit score went from 815 down to 487 almost over night. But things turned around and the business became a success. And my credit is back up to where it once was again. But the only institution I burned was Wells Fargo. Not sure I feel so bad about that after what they put me through. That's another story. But you already know the routine. Get a Capital one secured card and your on your way.

Same here. Rebuilding my credit for another run at it
