Could you please share your experience getting a mortgage after Ch7?
How soon after discharge were you able to purchase and what was your interest rate? What was your score at the moment? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Our discharge is scheduled for 2/12/19. We currently have a mortgage with %4.125 (never late) that we didn't reaffirm but will continue to pay.
We are looking to sell and get a different home within next 5 years.
