It depends on whether or not this was really discharged or not.  Call your attorney and find out for sure.  If it was discharged, then you can challenge the IRS with your discharge paperwork.  But first, you need to be sure that this was really discharged.

Looks like an IRS GOOF, my bk attorney is on it.

My bk lawyer told me that irs and student loans have to be repaid (not included) and will not be discharged. My student loans are back (discharged bk in 06) and I'm making monthly payments.
