CH. 13 Reporting ?

I filed Chapter 13 in November 2002 and was discharged in early 2007.  When I run my credit report, it says that the public record for the bk withh fall of in November 2009.  This is 7 years after I initially filed.  Some people say that bk stays on for 10 years.  Is this true or can I epect to be totally clear come turkey day?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Re: CH. 13 Reporting ?

In most cases, a Chapter 13 bankruptcy WILL 'go away' seven years from filing. Chapter 7s stay on your CRs for 10 years.
