CR: "Civil judgment in bankruptcy"

I have a Citibank CC judgment, which was included in my BK. TU and EQ report it, and EX does not. (It's dated 12/2004.)

EQ lists it as a "0" bal, with the status as "satisfied". The status date is the month in which I filed BK. No problem there....

But here is my issue.... TU lists it with the judgment's full $13k bal, with status as "Civil judgment in bankruptcy". Status date is the month in which I filed BK.

Should TU not report this as zero bal?

Yes.  Get a copy of the Register of Actions from the Court showing the judgment satisfied, zero balance and send that along with your discharge paperwork and the creditor matrix showing them as listed in your BK and dispute with TU.
