I filed for Chap 7 in the end of Feb in 2016 which was discharged in June 2016. I have been watching my credit reports since. every account is updated corectly (paid, $0 balance, Included in BK). However I have noticed that a few have stuck in "failed to pay" in the payment history for the month I filed. Can they do that ?
