I think some get approved and some don't right after BK also depends on the status of your accounts. I have read several times that some were not getting approved post BK and they found that their account was closed but still in the collections dept and that prevented them from getting approved.

I burned them for $3500 and they gave me 3 cards (3000, 3000, 1000) 1-3 months after BK 7 discharge.  You never know until you try.

Can I ask how long after BK and what your FICO score is for the Venture Card?

Some of you are lucky. I never even had a C1 credit card in my life yet i didnt qualify.

Don't apply for ANYTHING for 13 months then try Capital One.
