Ok good to know- Will consider the Amex & maybe wait for NFCU or try for their secured the graduates.

OP---Were you able to get the mortgage company to begin reporting your payments?  We are hoping to do the same.

Avoid credit one. Just get a couple of share secured cards from Capital One, SDFCU or Discover.
