Ch 7 W/O an attorney!

I filed a Chpt 13 on my own.  Went to Office Depot.....bought the paper work filled it out then went to the courthouse to file the Chpt 13.   You can download the info as well.  But when you go to the court hearings I would get or have an attorney then.   I did it because I wanted to save money on the filing fee that these Attorneys charge so I saved a few hundred bucks

I filed in July 2016, discharged in Nov 2016. I filed Pro Se because I absolutely had to file when I did and couldn't afford an attorney. I missed a few things that caused problems down the line that I had to go back and correct. Nothing major, but annoying. If you can afford it, hire an attorney.
