Hi all- just discharged on 2/1/19. I was prequalified for capital one platinum unsecured and quicksilver. Every time I try to submit an application I get a message that there were technical difficulties and my application wasn’t received. I tried applying via phone and the customer service rep got the same response. Has anyone experienced this?
Welcome! No. Cap1 is one of the few banks that doesnt shut down the website. You can tell when they are doing system maintenance your pages will do and look like funny things happening.Try again and use a different browser and clear your cookies beforehand.
