Chapter 13 takes your disposable income.

 

Payments vary from $100 to $10,000+ depending on income and debt for 36-60 months.

 

EVERY plan is different

Rebuild started in 2014  -  $100k unsecured credit in 2017  -  $500k unsecured credit in 2024.

No! Paying car loan directly to lender!

I am on 0% CC pay back !

$378 is to pay back past due HOA fees!

Mine was $1387 X 60. It was mostly a bad auto loan, State and Federal back taxes. I did have to pay some interest on the IRS debt to the tune of about $1200 on $13K that was included in the plan. My $700 refund offset some of it. The state didn't charge me interest on the back taxes.

$450 a month for me and I'm at the halfway point now of a 5 year plan.  Mainly taxes, both federal and state.

Everyone's payment is unique to their situation (disposable income). There is no way to determine what yours will be based upon what others are paying.
