Chapter 13 bankruptcy

I have a chapter13 bankruptcy showing on my report as dismissed. Its Ben there since sep 2002,when is this suppose to drop of my report? This is my very first post. I hope I'm in the right place I've never posted anything before..

A discharged Chapter 13 will drop off in 7 years. However, I believe a "dismissed" BK can remain for up to 10 years.

You can't have your cake and eat it too. But you can dip your finger in the bowl and lick the icing!

You are going to have to write the bureas to have it removed. Chances are it will not just drop off they way THEY say it will.
