Update...keys and garage door openers in hand!

We closed today...2/24/2016. Lender couldn't make it happen on the 19th and seller lived 4 hours away so we waited impatiently until today. It was painless and we had a seamless and uneventful closing.

I have been here since discharge and before but I have followed this forum and it's advice and it hasn't disappointed.

Again, it's possible to own after a Chapter 7.
