Chapter 7 and car payment

Hi everyone,

When you list your current expenses for Chapter 7, do you include your current car payment even if you plan on giving up the car?

I plan on meeting with an attorney next week, but I’m hoping if I can find out the answer to a couple questions beforehand it will take away some of my current stress.

I included it in my expenses because I was still paying on it but when I had my first meeting I told them I didn't want to keep the car.
