Child Support and Income

I'm a single parent with 2 kids getting ready to file bk. No assets but a home (no equity)and a huge amount of cc debt. I get child support and I wanted to know whether the child support income is figured with my income for the means test under chapter 7. Thanks.

You will have to get with an attorney. I can tell you that you must disclose all income that is coming in.

In a BK, Child Support and Alimony must be disclosed as part of any incoming assets.
