Collection account added after Chapter 7 Discharge

My chapter 7 discharged back in early June. Just today, I got a notice that a medical account that charged off (never reported to CBs) showed up on my experian report for the first time as a collection account and IIB.

Can I dispute this or am I stuck with this?

I'd contact your BK lawyer; the reported Collection, if it is a pre-filing account, could be a violation of the Bankruptcy laws and could allow you to collect damages from the creditor.

This happened to me. I contacted the creditor and experian they removed it asap. I just told them the date I filed and that this should not have made it to my report. They deleted the entire thing from all reports.
