Collection notices after discharge of BK

Is it legal to continue to send collection notices after discharge of Chapter 7? If not is there a sample letter or what can I do.

It's most definitely not legal. Send the "collector" a copy of your notice of filing ch. 7 bk and your discharge order and simply refer them to the sections that state all collections activity must stop as of the date of filing.

please read the post about White vs Experian. You will get far cleaning up your credit reports. No it isn't legal and now you have case law on your side. Use it!!!!!!!!
