Debating on filing renting home

We have a large family and we're renting. Renting in our area is difficult because places are so expensive and rent out quickly. The home were currently in is way too small and overpriced. We'd like to get a new rental home once lease is up this summer. Anyone have experience on getting approved/denied post bk 7?

The BK was never questioned when I was applying for apartments.. Can't speak to renting a home though sorry!
