Discharge Question

Ok, so as of 10/23 pacer shows Order discharging creditor awaiting closing status update.  I know see the 3180W form filed with the court for discharge.  Does it now mean I hav been discharged just awaiting closure of the account itself?  Question is when should I apply for a secured CC to start the rebuild process?  I know folks normally say after discharge.

Wait until your reports reflect discharged or you have discharge papers in hand to provide if needed.
