I have a dismissed BankRupt. on my report filed 2/03 and last reported 8/03. It was dismsd. because I didn't show up for the hearing. (In labor) But on my cred. rpt. it's $0 liabilities and $0 assets. Since then I've cleared my credit up totally except for this bankrty. I never used. Is there any way to get this removed from my rept?
