Just wait it out.  Their validation process was correct and anything else will more than likely not help because you are disputing accurate information.  Instead, get ready to celibrate this holiday season as it looks like it will be gone by then.

Thank you for your reply ! That's what I was thinking. I've recovered mentally physically and financially from this and ready to move forward in November.

I know how you feel. Just keep in mind, ex is the hardest with an early exclusion. I tried multiple times to no avail. Generally speaking, me and several others saw it removed automatically the first week in the month prior to filing anniversary. So with all luck Sept could very well be your month. Best of luck to you. It's a great feeling to have negatives removed.

Good to know 👍 its been a long road. Back surgery did me in but im in a better place 10 years later. Definitely learned some things and looking forward to new horizons.

What was your score increase when you saw it removed.

BK's are reportedto the CRA's thru third party compnies. Not the courts nor CFPB. Answers to this question and how to get it removed is in your other thread. Please refrain from cross posting same subject matter.
