Next month im going try to get back in with Amex hopefully after bk7 in 2015. They were IIB for somewhere around $5k between 2 cards IIRC. Does Pacer show creditors and the amounts?
I'm curious as to what my balances were with them but don't have any records from that time and I am trying to find out without calling them just yet.
Yes, you can find a list of claims on Pacer. The list of claims will have the amount owed to each creditor.
Thanks. Ill create a account and check it out
I finally was able to gain access to pacer. Had to wait for a authorization token to come in the mail. The site is very confusing to say the least. I was able to find a list of creditors but it didn't show the amounts. I was only clicking on certain pages as of course you are charged apparently for each item unless your monthly or quarterly amount is under a certain dollar amount it seems.
Would I just need to access the whole transcript containing all the pages for $30 to see the amount's discharged?
Don't be afraid to call Amex. They will tell you and it won't affect the approval chances.
As you probably know Amex has been known to hold the burn factor against individuals for decades. The only way to know is to apply.

I may end up doing just that and call them if when I try and apply I appear blacklisted. I think I only burned them for about $3k or less but just wanted to know so I could be prepared to pay them if it comes to it.
You can call them and ask what is the amount to reimburse them to possibly get an invite for the Optima program. You'll be BL'ed until then. Before and after your BK falls off. I didnt include them and had to do the post BK 5yr 1 month + wait time for approval.

go to "claims summary" it'll show was the creditors / debitor listed and what the court has approved (original balance and what they'll be paid)
