Exactly how should a discharged debt appear in my credit report?

For Transunion, I have three accounts listed under "Adverse Accounts."  This is how they are listed: (My questions/concerns follow each listing)

Balance:  Pay Status: Unrated

Date Verified: 12/2009 Account Type: Installment Account

High Balance: $8,162 Responsibility: Individual Account

Terms: $336 for 31 months Date Opened: 10/2008

Loan Type: Automobile Date Closed: 05/2009

Remark: >Chapter 7 bankruptcy< Date  Paid: 06/2009

Estimated dat that this item will be removed: 04/2016

Should 'Balance:' be blank or $0?  Is there a difference?

Is 'Date Verified:' considered the last date reported?  For instance, recent delinquencies affect your credit more than older ones, so is this the date that is based one?

Should 'High Balance:' and 'Terms:' still be reported?

Should 'Pay Status:' be "Unrated" (what does that mean??) or 'Paid'?

The 'Date Paid:' is the date my bankruptcy was filed, but if it has a date paid listed, why is the pay status "unrated"?

Should 'Original Balance:' still be reported?

Should 'Pay Status:' be "Unrated" (what does that mean??) or 'Paid'?

Should 'Account Type:' be "Open Account"?  Does this mean it is being reported as still being open?

The 'Date Paid:' is the date my bankruptcy was filed, but if it has a date paid listed, why is the pay status "unrated"?

Obviously, 'Date placed for collection:' should not be AFTER my bankruptcy, but should it be reported at all?

I know that is a lot of information and a lot of questions, but I appreciate any answers.  I have disputed these several times.  Now it is to the point that when I attempt to dispute them online again, I'm told that it has already been investigated and to provide them with new information I might have from the creditor.  What should I do next?  Contact the creditors?
