So I filed 8/3/18 and we used wildcard to exempt around $800 that was garnished from me right before filing. I was discharged on 10/30/18, and still haven’t gotten it back or heard a single word about it. I have asked my lawyer, but honestly he is not very helpful and just says he will check then I never hear back and calls/emails go unanswered. Question is, at what point should I get this cash back??
