I can’t comment on how bankruptcy friendly either are, but I did open a Checking & Savings account with Alliant a couple years ago (while in Ch13). I haven’t really had to deal with them too much, but when I have they’ve always been great to work with. I did take out a secured loan a couple years ago just to have something reporting on my credit, and it was a very easy and seamless process.
