Filed chapter 7 3/6.... Late payment reported 3/15?!?

I thought that once you filed for BK, creditors are no longer allowed to report late payments? Chase Mortgage is reporting me 30 days late as of 3/15. The creditor notes state that I filed on 3/15... Public record shows 3/6 as my file date.

Dispute it with the notation "I never filed BK on 3/15".   They are required to remove it - only payment history PRIOR to the BK can be reported.
