Today I checked pacer and saw the "Final Decree" notice aka Discharge, I hope. Nonetheless good news but I have ONE concern. I never had a meeting about the reaffirmation for my car lease. I did sign the paperwork and it was entered in the system but nevr actually saw a judge on that regard. Now on Pacer though, it says:
Filed: 11/06/2017 Entered: 11/07/2017 Terminated: 12/05/2017 Reaffirmation Agreement
What does this really mean? Will it show on my credit or it will not? I will also ask my attorney tomorrow but wanted to run it by you OG's anyway. Looking forward to your response and thank you.
