I had to take Chapter 13 in April 2004. As of April 2011 my scores are:
Equifax 803
Experian 786
TU 758
I found that on TU they show a series of 90+ days late on my mortgage. I was never late on a mortgage payment. My mortgage was sold in early 2005 and that is when the lates show to have taken place. I assume that something happened and a payment - maybe the first one - did not get recorded with the new mortgage holder.
This ages off in June so I assume this score will rise to the level of the other two.
I just purchased a new Silverado and the finance guy said that with 758 they did not even bother to actually look at the report. I got a loan through U. S. Bank at 3.99%. He said that they are very picky and you have to have "perfect" credit to get a loan.
It is good to finally be past all of this.

Thanks for posting and congratulations on your fine work in rebuilding and moving forward!
I take it your BK aged off your reports in March and April of this year?
And I really like your "if you stay current of everything, time heals all." Nicely put! and Well done!
That is awesome!
Fantastic! Congratulations!!
Can't wait to say that one day!!
