Financial Struggles

I have too many charges....I'm paying $500 a month in charges and it's really getting hard. I will probably see a bankrtupcy attorney but in the meantime, should I let my charges go. That would give so much extra money before I actually go see an attorney.

Keep in mind lack of payment will drop your FICO score but yes I stopped paying for several months prior to my bk. Attys will actually tell you it's pointless to keep paying once you know you're filing very soon.

If you give us more details (your income, expenses, cards w/ limits and balances) folks will be able to better suggest options for you.
