My husband and I filed Chapter 7 BK which was discharged in July 2010. I'm looking to get our credit scores up (paying down CC's and GW/PFD a couple of recent collections), but I'm wondering if any of our items which were included in BK are keeping our scores low. Does anyone know if it will help to try and GW a collection account and multiple CC's that were IIB and are reporting correctly?
