But anyway i'm doing ch 7 and have listed all my current debts.
My attorney wants the old OC info (acct#, address,etc) most of these are with collection agenies now.
Will collection agencies have all the info I need?
I have 2 repo's from 2003, they have been turned over to CA's but they are no longer reporting on my CR. (for some reason???)
What is the best way to handle that?
(I have an old CR with the last CA on one of those repo's)
