I wanted to update on my progress. Below is a snapshot of what my accounts look like now as opposed to when I started. We are making sure to get all of our balances to 8.7% before statement date and PIF by the due date.

Mortgage scores are even better (middle score of 644) EX score of 678 which is way up.
Student Loan Balance - 63K - currently in deferrment. I have a LOT of inquiries so definitely won't be applying for any more credit anytime soon.
