Married..live in Texas..two children..I have no income..spouse has unearned income..student loan debt roughly 120k combined. other debt if we are guessing 50k in other debt. honestly we barley have enough to pay living expenses..have two children with special needs..we do not own a home...we have one vehicle still paying on...I filed on bad advice back in 2003. really just trying to see what the better option would be..scores are all on 400's
