I filed for bankruptcy in May and it was discharged in August. I haven't been paying on my BoA mortgage since April, and included it in the BK. Today I received their notice of "intent to foreclose."
Anyone have experience in what the next step will be? How long until they actually foreclose and I have to move out?
Any insight would be appreciated.
