How to find out when discharge date is?

On my PACER deadline schedule, it shows a  date for 'OBJECTION to DISCHARGE DUE'.

Is that the date set for discharge?    If so, that's about 4 days sooner than i thouught the 90 days would be.

Basically yes. It can vary. It isnt 90 days on the button. Once DC'ed. The judge has to sign the document. Then it goes to the court clerks to upload to the public records and then PACER will list it. You'll see it on PACER before your lawyer sends it to you. Larger cities takes a little longer than a state BK court located out in the boonies. Good Luck!
