I had the same problem.  They are in violation of the discharge order and they can owe you money if the violation was willful.
 
Contact your BK attorney & advise him/her of what's going on and ask them to write a letter on your behalf to Chase letting them know that they are in violation and you intend to sue.  That should take care of this for you.

i called my lawyer and he informed me he no longer handles bankruptcy's...so it looks like im on my own.  thats why i need help from all of you.
