I wasn't late on that payment!!!!

I have a lease agreement with a company to lease my house.  They are responsible for making all payments directly to the Mortgage lender.  I just learned that they have been 30 days late on 3 occassions in the last 5 months. Is there anything I can do to fix my credit report as it has been reported as a negative.

The only thing you can do is to write a GW letter and hope they remove these.  If they won't.... just keep trying and explain what happened and what you have done to ensure it will not happen again.

I don't think I need to tell you how bad that is... will you be able to have them pay you instead so that this does not happen again?
