With those scores, it might be tough being that 0% would fall within a captive lender's tier 0. Tier 0 is usually 675-685 and up for most lenders but your score can be changed quit a bit with an auto enhanced score. Have you continued paying on a car post BK? Also if your score is within a close range of tier 0, with a large down payment (i.e. 20%) you can negotiate with the dealer to give you tier 0. I have seen this happen before as most of the dealers finance managers have relations with the approval guys on the lending side.
