Is this correct?

All of my accounts on all credit reports are showing up like this without any disputes from me as of yet. I have had the 341 and figured it is time to cleanup what i can on my reports. Should I leave well enough alone or dispute to show a $0 balance vs leabing it as N/A???  Thanks for any advice.
