Just exited our 341 Meeting!

Hi Forum,

My wife and I just concluded our 341 meeting with no objections or continuance. So stressful, but the process was smooth and quickly thanks to our competent and organized attorney.

So, now that the 341 just ended is there anything we can start to do now to rebuild or clean before the discharge in July, or do we need to wait until then??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, please wait until you have discharge in hand.

Others will say to go out and get credit cards now ....I strongly disagree.

What you can do now:

1. Put together a budget
2. Save funds so you have an emergency fund + other savings

Until you have the Discharge Order in Hand, do NOTHING other than prepare & create a PLAN.
