Just checked my TU FICO, and it is 664 eight months after my chapter 7 discharge. I have 4 open TL's and carry small balances on each card. I have my own theory about carrying balances, I am thinking if I allow the CC'a to make a bit of money of me they may do CLI's as a thank you.....I am not planning to finance anything any time soon so I have some time to see if my theory will work before pif and attempting a mortgage.
