I have several cc accounts that were IIB that are being updated on EX with a KD (key delinquency) on a monthly basis. The BK 7 was filed 6/08 and discharged 10/08. Should these accounts be updating and does the monthly updating affect my FICO score?
They're not updating, it looks like, so you need to write a letter to the CRAs or file online with them to get them to show the bk accounts properly! You will need your discharge paper from the court for this!
