I'm in NJ, and am considering a ch7. Forced due to loss of income. I'm wondering about the look back period. Three questions
1)How deeply do they look at what you've spent and where you've spent it?
2) Do they go after any money you've contributed to your IRA account in that period?
3) Is the look back for 6 months or a longer period?
