I had a high income CH7 living in an expensive area.

You need to talk to a few more lawyers .  .  . it is quite possible one can make this work, and will be able to let you know via a free consultation.

Thanks for all the help everyone!! I found an attorney that was a lot my willing to help and so far BK7 looks very possible. I have a meeting with him on Monday. Figures crossed.
