Mortgage Lender a Chapter 13

Hi!

My husband and I recently filed Chapter 13 in February. We are relocating to Charlotte soon.  Does anyone have suggestions on mortgage lenders they know will work with an active 13 (100% plan).  I know we have to wait a full year but wanted to get my "ducks in a row" now.

I saw a few "contributors" that have posted successful stories.  I know @YoureWelcome and @Ladybug2 has had success obtaining a loan while in Chapter 13.  That is my goal as well.

I'm currently in the process while actively in chapter 13.  At the moment I'm looking at homes, but I was able to obtain my pre-approval without issue.  I'm currently I may have to write a LOE for my 13 once I find a home and get the wheels rolling.

Do you mind sharing who your lender is?
