We have recently discharged from a chapter 7 and as I sent first disputes to ensure reporting is correct for my wife's TU report... they deleted the whole tradeline!
Now prior to the chapter 7 we were behind on the mortgage and have since received a loan modification and are on our last trial payment. So there were some good payments and some bad (bad being most recent t)
My question is should I be worried about this? If so how do i get it back on?
I say you file another dispute in writing and state that the mortgage TL has been unduely deleted. That should bring things on track and also, check to see if the mortgage is being reported correctly once the TL has been restored.
